I offer water irrigation and microsuction at your home. Every visit begins with an inspection of the ear canal for wax blockages. Please call to book.
Ear Today is a non-medical, private ear wax removal service. We inspect the ear canal for wax blockages and remove occluding wax only. We do not diagnose ear conditions. Red-flag symptoms require GP or ENT referral — see our safety page. Safety guidance.
Fees & Travel
Water irrigation and microsuction are provided during a home visit.
Visit only

If I inspect your ears and no wax removal is needed, the visit fee applies only.
Water irrigation or microsuction
£60
A flat fee covering home visit, ear canal inspection, and wax removal when appropriate.
Travel beyond 7 miles
+£10
An additional call-out fee applies beyond 7 miles of Blythe Bridge. Waived when 3 or more people book together.
Wax removal is available to adults aged 18 and over only. I do not provide services to children.
Ear canal inspection
Every appointment begins by inspecting the ear canal for wax blockages. If no wax removal is needed, the visit-only fee applies. If wax removal is appropriate, water irrigation or microsuction is included in the flat fee.
Water Irrigation
Wax removal using controlled warm water to gently flush wax from the ear canal. This may help clear blocked ears when wax is the cause.

Microsuction
Wax removal using a low-pressure medical suction device. The ear canal is inspected throughout, and no water is involved.
